Privacy policy

This policy explains how SIA "SV Grāmatvedība un Projekti" processes the personal data you give us through this website, the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp.

2. What data we process
- Data from the contact form: name, company name, email, phone, company type and your message.
- Data you send by email or WhatsApp, or give us in a phone call.
- Data you enter when you book a consultation in the calendar: name, email and the chosen time.
3. Why and on what legal basis
- To answer your question, prepare an offer and agree on cooperation. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To organise booked consultations. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contract steps.
- To protect our legitimate interests, for example keeping communication records in case of a dispute. Legal basis: legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell or pass it on for marketing.
4. Who can access the data
Only our staff who need the data for their work can access it. Our service providers process the data technically: the website and contact form host (Netlify), the email and calendar service (Google Workspace) and, if you choose to write on WhatsApp, Meta (WhatsApp). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer is based on safeguards approved by the European Commission.
5. How long we keep the data
We keep requests that do not lead to cooperation for no longer than 12 months. If we sign a contract, we keep the data during the contract and for as long as the law requires.
6. Cookies
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts and images are built into the page and are not loaded from third-party servers. If you open a link to Google Maps, GetaPro or WhatsApp, their own privacy rules apply.
7. Your rights
You have the right to ask for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict processing, to object to processing and to ask for data portability. To do this, write to info@svgramatvediba.lv. If you think your data is processed incorrectly, you can complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (www.dvi.gov.lv).
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page.
